Manager Facilities Management

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager specializing in Facilities Management to oversee a significant, high-profile project in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. This role involves comprehensive operational leadership of an extensive integrated facilities management (IFM) account covering hospitality, heritage, infrastructure, and public realm sectors.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Account Director and be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of over 500 employees across Technical Services, Hospitality, Soft Services, and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) domains. Your key objective will be to sustain superior service quality and forge trusted relationships with stakeholders within one of the Middle East's major development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire operational management of IFM service delivery within a complex, client-sensitive environment.
• Manage the account's financial aspects including budgeting and commercial performance, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met rigorously.
• Act as the primary client liaison on-site, maintaining robust communication and alignment to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop leaders of various functions to ensure safe, efficient, and smooth operation of all activities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale facilities or operations management projects within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• A proven track record of handling multi-million-dollar contracts and supervising large workforce teams.
• Exceptional senior-level client engagement skills with a strong focus on developing and sustaining long-lasting business relationships.
