Job Overview
Take charge of the entire lifecycle of commercial and contract management, starting from tendering to contract award and through the execution stage, making sure all actions comply with contract terms, legal mandates, regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret contract documents thoroughly.
- Create detailed commercial memorandums to support decision-making.
- Offer expert contractual guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Handle client disputes proactively to safeguard the organization’s commercial interests.
- Act as the main contact point for all contract-related issues with clients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project delivery and resource deployment.
- Lead tender processes, including commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and cost evaluations.
- Monitor contract performance while upholding health, safety, environment (HSE), quality, financial, and project management standards.
