Join Infinite Aged Care as a full-time Maintenance Officer at our Cleveland aged care facility. This role supports a balanced lifestyle with working hours from Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM and finishing around 3:00 PM. The position offers hourly pay and a biweekly phone allowance.

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in daily leadership meetings to coordinate daily tasks and priorities.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and inspections according to company standards and guidelines.
• Ensure emergency, preventive, and corrective maintenance adhere to statutory and regulatory standards.
• Commit to maintaining a safety-first environment for yourself, residents, coworkers, and visitors.
• Oversee and manage contractor activities on-site as needed.
• Deliver excellent client service to support success in the role.
• Carry out a variety of duties including landscaping, garden maintenance, general repairs, waste removal, painting, and test and tagging; training provided post-hire if necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Preferred experience in property maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety, with commitment to fostering a safety-focused workplace culture.
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Effective organizational and communication skills, capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
• Positive and proactive outlook to ensure success in the position.

This role requires physical capability to safely perform manual handling and other demanding tasks.
