Overview

The Logistics Specialist focusing on Asset Management is tasked with routine operations of tracking and managing assets efficiently and securely while ensuring compliance with organizational procedures and safety standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate operational requirements and updates clearly to all stakeholders.

• Comply with governance, reporting, and data protection policies enforced by the company.
• Perform basic risk assessments and adhere to operational policies and standards.
• Support crisis and incident management initiatives in the department.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance logistics service quality.
• Execute workplace safety and health activities, including risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Collaborate in technology-related projects and utilize technological tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure day-to-day logistics operations meet customer and contractual standards.
• Carry out secure asset and data management operations, including data consolidation and adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess fundamental knowledge of systems such as SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Supply Chain Software, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' relevant experience in warehouse operations or vendor management.
• Academic qualification of GCE N/O Levels or NITEC is required.
