Logistics Manager

About the Role

Our client is a leading property development company in Ireland currently managing a major multi-phase project in west Dublin. Due to the large scale and complexity of this development, they seek a Logistics Manager/Site Manager to coordinate construction work across several contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and daily site activities involving multiple contractors.
• Plan and control site access, deliveries, and traffic flow.
• Maintain clear and effective communication among contractors to ensure smooth programme progression.
• Anticipate and solve interface challenges before they hinder progress.
• Supervise site housekeeping, organisation, and shared workspace conditions.
• Participate in coordination meetings with the developer's project personnel.
• Promote safe and efficient operations on-site every day.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds such as Site Managers transitioning to client-side roles, experienced General Foremen or Foremen preparing for advancement, or construction professionals with strong organizational skills.
• Possess experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Have practical knowledge of site logistics and construction sequencing.
• Ability to coordinate various teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Display a collaborative mindset and confidence in working with senior site teams.
