• Respond effectively to customer concerns and questions.
• Follow company-standard procedures to provide necessary customer services.
• Offer customer-centric solutions that address the specific needs of clients.
• Comply with all company policies regarding customer service standards.
• Escalate unresolved or complex customer issues to management following prescribed procedures.
• Accurately document each customer engagement following company protocols.
• Maintain excellent punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours.
• Follow company quality assurance standards and operational practices rigorously.
• Conduct all interactions with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least three CXC passes or equivalent qualifications preferred, or a combination of work experience and relevant skills with an ability to pass internal assessments.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service aptitude with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Typing speed of 25 words per minute or higher is required.
• Availability to work full-time, including any shift, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background checks and drug screening.
• Must possess an active bank account with a recognized commercial bank.
