About TAG and the Role

TAG delivers highly personalized travel and event management services to leading global clients, top executives, and renowned productions. Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive client travel plans, anticipating needs including preferences and budgets to provide tailored, compliant travel solutions.
  • Create intricate itineraries combining air, rail, accommodations, and ancillary services aligning with client and company guidelines.
  • Provide end-to-end support on inquiries, bookings, ticket issuing, and documentation, ensuring high accuracy and excellent customer service.
  • Proactively identify and resolve booking issues and client concerns while upholding professionalism and customer care standards.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service continuity and personalized experiences.
  • Enhance revenue by negotiating advantageous rates, spotting upselling opportunities, and minimizing financial risks and errors.
  • Handle administrative and financial duties such as reconciliations, accounting questions, credit checks, and coordinating payments alongside Finance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance in systems including GDS/PNR and PCI, while continuously expanding knowledge of destinations, products, and industry trends via training and supplier engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) or equivalent education combined with at least 2 years experience in a travel agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of air travel processes including published and negotiated fares, ticketing, exchanges, and reissues, with practical experience in GDS platforms, preferably Galileo.
  • Demonstrated capability in booking air and hotel travel and supporting VIP, entertainment, or group travel clients.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities, combined with a proactive, detail-focused, and independent work ethic.
  • Highly organized and flexible, proficient at problem solving, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks both independently and collaboratively in high-paced settings.
