About the Role
We seek a dedicated Learning & Development specialist to facilitate training and capacity-building efforts within the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) sectors. This position focuses on crafting, organizing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives aimed at improving the technical expertise, product knowledge, and operational competencies of employees and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and implement specialized training programs centered on automotive and EV technologies.
- Handle all aspects of training operations such as scheduling sessions, managing attendee coordination, organizing logistics, and collecting participant feedback.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business units to ensure training content is relevant, accurate, and effectively communicated.
- Lead training sessions and assist trainers in fostering an interactive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Maintain comprehensive training records including MIS reports, attendance tracking, and learning documentation.
- Assess training program effectiveness using feedback mechanisms and promote continual enhancement.
- Support digital learning initiatives and encourage the use of learning management systems and platforms.
- Establish and nurture relationships with employees, dealership personnel, and other stakeholders to maximize training engagement and impact.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficient presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience in learning and development, training coordination, and skill-building initiatives.
- Capable of managing multiple training projects and collaborating with varied stakeholders.
- Interest in or familiarity with automotive technology and the electric vehicle industry is desirable.
- Strong organizational aptitude with sharp attention to detail and commitment to quality execution.
