About the Role

As a Learner Experience Manager / Student Success Manager, you will help participants stay supported throughout their learning journey, from onboarding right through to course completion. The role is centered on keeping engagement high, improving satisfaction, and helping learners succeed through regular communication, practical support, and close coordination with internal teams and learning facilitators.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main contact for learners from their first onboarding step until they finish the course.
- Run individual and group support sessions for learners across different time zones.
- Help learners organise study plans and stay on track with their progress.
- Spot engagement or learning issues early and step in with workable solutions.
- Communicate clearly and promptly through email, chat, and video meetings.
- Work alongside facilitators, mentors, and career coaches to support learner goals.
- Track learner performance and engagement using reports and monitoring tools.
- Review learner feedback and turn insights into process improvements.
- Support alumni and help build a connected community for past learners.
What We’re Looking For
- A relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in student support, customer success, or learner engagement in education or training settings.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate well with varied learner groups.
- Good organisational and administration abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience running online sessions or coaching learners is preferred.
- Comfort using digital learning platforms and online education environments.
- A thoughtful, proactive approach and the ability to manage sensitive information professionally.
- Strong ownership and accountability for learner outcomes.

Recruitment Process
