Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach across digital and professional networks to connect with individuals pursuing leadership and career development.
• Lead structured consultative discussions to assess candidates' professional objectives and alignment with development programs.
• Guide individuals through a clear evaluation and information process to aid informed decision-making about their growth path.
• Maintain professional communication and follow-up processes with prospects and clients.
• Engage in ongoing business development by enhancing communication, leadership, and digital marketing skills.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates have at least seven years of experience in leadership development, education, training, Learning and Development, coaching, HR, consulting, or people management. Strong background in mentoring, facilitating, or leading others is essential. Excellent verbal, digital, and interpersonal communication skills alongside professional maturity and the ability to engage experienced professionals in structured dialogues are required. Self-direction, coachability, resilience, and openness to a performance-based, commercially-oriented consulting environment are key traits. Candidates must seek autonomy and meaningful contribution outside conventional employment models.
