Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate diverse datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct data mapping between source and destination systems effectively.
• Assist in automating and templating reports with provided training support.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm report accuracy and process workflows.
• Handle multiple report automation projects concurrently, adhering strictly to timelines.
• Communicate status reports proactively, highlight potential risks, and escalate issues promptly.
• Deliver high-quality outputs independently, with minimal need for supervision or follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with client teams, aligning onshore and offshore activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related disciplines.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of data management, Excel functionalities, and reporting principles.
• Capability to multitask effectively and adhere to deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and self-motivated work ethic.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to platforms such as Seismic or SmartDX is advantageous.
• Familiarity with reporting tools, data transformation techniques, or automation processes is beneficial.
• Prior project or internship experience involving data analysis or report generation preferred.

Work Environment and Expectations

• This position requires daily attendance at the company's Bangalore office located in the Bellandur area.
