Role overview

G4S is hiring a professionally trained Lady Security Guard to help protect people, property, and information across client sites. The position involves maintaining security at locations such as construction sites, courts, retail outlets, warehouses, banks, and factories.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard premises, assets, and sensitive information.
• Submit daily reports to the supervisor as per established process.
• Follow company policies and procedures without exception.
• Observe all health, safety, and environmental instructions at all times.
• Operate and keep an eye on security equipment and systems.
• Manage entry and exit of people, materials, and vehicles.
• Conduct foot patrols to identify unsafe conditions or risks to people or property.
• Check outdoor parking areas to help ensure vehicle safety and spot unauthorized persons.
• Prepare written reports whenever required.
• Support the team in responding to emergencies and in preventing suspicious or criminal activity.
• Carry out access control duties and surveillance-related activities as needed.

Ideal candidate profile

Applicants should be physically and medically fit, present a mature appearance, and be comfortable working in a security role. The minimum educational requirement is a 10th pass qualification. Height expectations are 5 feet 7 inches for men and 5 feet for women. Age should be between 18 and 35 years for freshers, and up to 40 years for experienced security guards.
