What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain software components for Learnosity's Workforce product.
• Participate in task planning, estimation, and project scheduling alongside teams and management to deliver software projects from start to finish.
• Create scalable applications while ensuring thorough documentation is maintained.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business functions, including senior leadership, to bring ideas to fruition.
• Adapt to rapidly evolving technologies and iterate swiftly to deliver functional products.
• Engage actively throughout the software lifecycle, from ideation through to user deployment and refinement.

Required Skills and Experience

• Two or more years of professional experience developing web applications.
• Proficient in Python and Typescript, with experience in working with relational databases.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards issue resolution.
• Competent in writing unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of adjusting messages for varied audiences.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with AI technologies, including machine learning and large language models.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Exposure to startup culture and mindset is a plus.

Work Environment
