Junior Lab Technician

Role Overview

Binzagr CO-RO LTD. is looking for a Junior Lab Technician to support laboratory operations in Jeddah. This position is suited to a fresh graduate with a science background who can help maintain lab standards, carry out routine checks, and assist with quality and hygiene controls in the production environment.

Qualifications and Background

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• A bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, or Food Sciences is required.
• This opportunity is open to fresh graduates.
• Strong ability to use MS Excel is needed.
• Good command of both English and Arabic is required.

Core Duties

• Carry out laboratory testing according to established methods whenever support is needed for the Lab Technician.
• Escalate process-control concerns to the appropriate superior so corrective action can be taken.
• Prepare samples in line with the sampling plan for weight checks and packaging integrity assessments.
• Restock hygiene and sanitation supplies, including dispensers and disinfectant, in the Tetra production hall.
• Maintain the HOLD AREA in a clean condition and separate products under review due to NCRs, customer complaints, or out-of-spec findings.
• Ensure the general laboratory and related facilities remain clean and compliant with the daily GLP checklist.
• Support GMP compliance and help ensure practices are followed to meet audit expectations.
• Perform routine quality-control tests to help ensure product parameters remain within approved standards.
• Take on other related work assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Strictly follow BCR safety rules and procedures, and promptly report hazards or near misses to the safety officer.
