Role Overview
This position involves hands-on work with various electronic products and systems, requiring familiarity with embedded platforms and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting tests on electronic products powered by microcontrollers such as Raspberry Pi and Arduino.
- Providing client assistance through email by addressing technical questions and resolving product-related issues.
