Junior Copywriter

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Junior Copywriter with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally gained within a creative agency or a fast-moving marketing setting. The ideal candidate thrives on crafting persuasive narratives and brand stories, and confidently leverages AI-based writing tools to improve content creation processes.

Key Duties

• Produce clear, compelling, and engaging copy for various platforms including websites, advertisements, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional content.
• Work closely with design, marketing, and product departments ensuring unified brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, and Grammarly to aid brainstorming, drafting, and editing of written materials.
• Conduct in-depth research to develop relevant and audience-focused copy.
• Review and refine content to maintain clarity, appropriate tone, grammatical accuracy, and cohesion.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize content effectiveness and campaign results.
• Keep abreast of evolving trends in copywriting, digital marketing, and AI technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Have 2 to 3 years of documented experience in copywriting, content development, or content marketing roles.
• Preferably located in Kerala for improved communication and cultural synergy.
• Prior experience in a creative agency or digital marketing environment is advantageous.
• Exceptional proficiency in English with strong grammar skills and storytelling ability.
• Demonstrable aptitude in adapting writing style for multiple digital mediums such as ads, websites, and email content.
• Knowledge of SEO writing including keyword integration and content metric analysis.
• Comfort in employing AI-driven writing applications to enhance productivity and creative inspiration.
• Additional advantage: Familiarity with Notion, WordPress, SurferSEO, Canva, or related tools is beneficial.

Location

This position is based in Kochi, Kerala, India and requires onsite presence.
