Junior Account Executive

About the Role

Casa Pasta Group invites applications for a Junior Account Executive position based in Rangpuri, Mahipalpur, New Delhi. This full-time role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual eager to develop their career in finance within the hospitality industry. The candidate should possess fundamental accounting knowledge, be skilled in Tally and MS Excel, and demonstrate enthusiasm for learning and advancement in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering daily financial transactions using Tally software.
• Preparing sales and purchase entries, along with journal and payment vouchers.
• Maintaining records for cash, bank, and petty cash flows.
• Performing bank statement and vendor/customer ledger reconciliations.
• Assisting in the compilation of GST data and invoice oversight.
• Verifying accuracy of bills, invoices, and related documents.
• Organizing and preserving proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve payment inquiries.
• Generating MIS and Excel reports as needed.
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
• Ensuring adherence to company accounting standards and regulatory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates with strong accounting basics are encouraged to apply.
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime or other ERP accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Understanding of GST regulations and fundamental accounting principles.
• Excellent numerical aptitude and analytical capability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
• Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), or an equivalent qualification.
• Additional certification in Tally or Accounting considered a plus.

Additional Information

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 depending on experience and interview outcomes. Candidates ready to join immediately will be prioritized.
