Job Details

• Full-time position
• Compensation: $15 per hour
• Working hours: Morning shift from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM
• Workdays: Monday through Sunday
• Weekly payroll

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and upkeep of assigned indoor areas across commercial sites
• Diligently maintain all floor types via sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Use chemical cleaners and mechanical equipment according to safety guidelines to avoid damage
• Clean, monitor, and supply restrooms, conference rooms, hallways, and entrances
• Dispose of waste properly, including usage of compactors where applicable
• Clean windows, glass dividers, and mirrors using suitable cleaning agents and tools
• Spot treat carpets and aid in extensive carpet cleaning like shampooing
• Restock paper goods and sanitary materials regularly
• Adhere to scheduled housekeeping tasks
• Occasionally operate heavy-duty cleaning tools such as floor scrubbers and buffers
• Complete additional duties as assigned based on customer needs or job scope

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR at least six months of janitorial experience
• On-the-job training provided
• Strong attention to detail
• Capacity to follow instructions clearly and effectively

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial roles
• Knowledge of custodial methods aligned with commercial cleaning standards
• Expertise in floor care including buffing and waxing
• Background in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance
