About the IT Support Team

Our IT Division enables businesses by offering extensive IT support, cybersecurity services, cloud administration, and network optimization. Acting as a dedicated IT resource, we ensure smooth operations, safeguard data, and foster technological advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding remote support to clients based on assigned service plans.
• Identify potential improvement areas proactively and suggest measures to enhance user satisfaction and system efficiency.
• Keep detailed technical documentation for assigned service plans.
• Collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge and balance workloads as necessary.
• Offer remote assistance for designated service plans and other customer needs.
• Recommend solutions to improve customer experience and system performance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience delivering IT services within managed service providers (MSPs) on helpdesks, or 3 years within a single organization on similar roles.
• Proven experience in technical support at tier 2 or tier 3 levels.
• Competence in diagnosing and resolving intricate hardware and software issues affecting desktops, servers, cloud platforms, and network infrastructures.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills combined with professionalism.
• A keen enthusiasm for information technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of IT service experience in MSP helpdesk roles, or 5 or more years within a single organization.

Additional Information

This role is based onsite in Pune, India. Graduation is not required to apply. The salary range is 600000 to 800000 INR annually. The team values proactive involvement, customer-centric outlook, and a personable yet professional approach when addressing technical challenges.
