Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain various hardware and software components such as servers, desktops, printers, and network devices.
• Oversee and maintain reliable, secure network infrastructure and internet connectivity for the hotel.
• Offer prompt technical assistance and resolution for issues related to hardware, software, or networking faced by hotel staff.
• Administer specialized hotel software, including property management systems (PMS) and point of sale (POS) systems.
• Enforce IT security policies, backup procedures, and protocols to protect sensitive hotel data.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in IT support and network management, ideally in the hospitality sector.
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure, wireless technologies, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Knowledge of hotel management and POS software is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills combined with effective problem-solving capabilities.
