Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical assistance to users via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
- Refer complex problems to higher-level technical support when necessary.
- Record all support actions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Support user account management, including password resets and access rights administration.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and updates on IT equipment and systems.
- Provide support for remote users and mobile device connectivity.
- Participate in IT projects and special initiatives as requested.
- Manage IT assets efficiently.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 3 years’ professional background in IT support or related roles.
- Proficient with Windows and Mac OS operation.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Client VPN tools.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi concepts.
- Experience with SDP IT ticketing systems and remote support utilities.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity managing video conferencing systems such as Polycom and Cisco.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalents.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory, Jamf Pro, Office 365, and Google Workspace.
