About the Role
Whoyer is seeking a committed Investor Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their founding team in Dubai. This unique role combines investment with hands-on operational leadership to help establish and expand Whoyer's presence in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all operational activities in Dubai, building organizational structure and scalable systems from scratch.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable business economics.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and business relationships within the UAE ecosystem.
- Drive business development efforts to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Implement AI-powered workflows and automation to boost operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support fundraising and financial strategies.
- Convert strategic plans into actionable execution and contribute to shaping the long-term expansion strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Ability and willingness to invest capital to support Dubai expansion.
- Exceptional operational thinking with skills in building processes, teams, and execution frameworks.
- Strong financial acumen covering budgeting, cash flow, and economic decision making.
- Strategic mindset with aptitude for risk evaluation and opportunity identification.
- Proven leadership experience in building accountable, high-performance teams.
- Technology savvy, especially in AI, automation, analytics, and workflow intelligence.
- Entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with uncertainty and autonomy, possessing a founder's mindset.
