Interior Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an Interior Project Manager to oversee multiple managers and departments involved in turnkey interior fit-out projects across India. This role demands leadership, hands-on experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work with experienced carpentry and paint production teams to resolve challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-departmental teams and lead the execution of turnkey interior fit-out projects nationwide.
• Collaborate closely with seasoned carpentry and paint production managers, applying tact and determination to handle project issues.
• Assist in defining and ensuring adherence to both short-term and long-term operational goals aligned with corporate objectives.
• Enhance logistics operations and optimize manufacturing workflows related to site installations.
• Plan, staff, and supervise assigned workloads, establishing efficient communication channels between commercial, design, procurement, and production departments.
• Provide operational and resource support across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Develop and monitor a strong field workforce by tracking personnel availability and allocation to various projects.

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in project management within interior fit-out or related industries.
• Proven leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
