About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join a prestigious real estate firm located near Ghaziabad (Indirapuram). The ideal professional will have expertise spanning both residential and commercial interiors with strong proficiency in material selection and design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp. Candidates with immediate availability are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver design proposals through sketches, moodboards, and 3D renderings to clearly communicate concepts.
- Identify and procure appropriate materials, furnishings, and accessories that complement the overall design while respecting budget constraints.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong creative skills combined with technical competence.
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing past interior design work.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial interior projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Age preference up to 35 years.
- Diploma or core qualification in Interior Design.
Compensation and Additional Information
The salary offered ranges from 8 to 10 lakh INR per annum and is negotiable based on experience. This role requires candidates to be located near Ghaziabad and willing to join immediately.
