Job Overview
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert online sales inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Address sales inquiries received via Website, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone.
- Quickly respond to IndiaMART queries and follow up with potential customers.
- Prepare quotations and successfully turn inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and product dispatch.
- Develop lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain daily records of inquiries, quotations, and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi is preferred.
- Basic computer skills including MS Excel, email handling, and WhatsApp.
- Prior experience in online sales, IndiaMART platforms, telecalling, or customer service is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication abilities are also encouraged to apply.
