Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Role Overview

Woodrock Infotech Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join as a Work-from-Home Customer Care Executive. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely while delivering excellent customer service by assisting clients via multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns using phone and email, ensuring issues are resolved and customers receive accurate information.
• Engage effectively with customers to understand and address their needs through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Operations to provide an integrated service experience and relay customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum education: 12th grade pass.
• Previous experience in customer service or related domains is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Possess empathy, patience, and composure under stressful conditions.
• Flexible working hours to support shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using remote working tools such as video conferencing and collaboration software.

Work Arrangement and Requirements

• Maintain a professional, quiet home workspace equipped with reliable internet, at least 6-8 GB RAM, power backup, and all necessary software to perform daily tasks efficiently.

Additional Information

• Working hours: Any 9 hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Compensation: Up to INR 16,000 per month (take-home salary).
• Weekly off: One day off per week on a rotational basis.
• Interview window: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
