Role Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager at Medallion, you will oversee the Implementation phase of customer engagement to establish a solid foundation for long-term partnerships. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, including priority enterprise accounts that cover Medallion’s entire product portfolio, you will be the primary liaison for customers and coordinate end-to-end implementation efforts in collaboration with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams. Your role will also include building scalable systems and tools to enhance process efficiency with business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans with defined milestones and deadlines, ensuring accountability from both customers and internal teams.
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle proactively to meet target timelines and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on critical project milestones and workflows.
  • Identify and resolve any issues blocking progress by partnering with appropriate teams.
  • Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables while managing expectations throughout the customer journey.
  • Assist major customers with understanding Medallion’s data models and import protocols.
  • Demonstrate sufficient familiarity with APIs, integrations, and system configuration to effectively communicate with Product and Engineering departments.
  • Ensure customers achieve initial value milestones with Medallion and serve as their advocate to create feedback loops with internal teams.
  • Continuously identify process inefficiencies and spearhead the development of enhanced procedures and resources to support scalability and maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture within Medallion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in implementation or project management, with a focus on complex SaaS deployments.
  • Experience working at B2B SaaS startups, preferably within health tech, digital health, or healthcare operations.
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level projects in complex environments and leading technical project delivery.
  • Strong history of managing client implementations end-to-end.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills including executive presence and the ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with SaaS configurations, integrations, APIs, workflows, permissions, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, and Asana.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and result-oriented skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills for building strong stakeholder relationships.

Additional Information

Compensation for this role ranges from $95,000 to $140,000 annually, inclusive of equity and other benefits.
