About the Role and Company

GXO Logistics, a global leader in advanced supply chain solutions, is seeking a dedicated Hygienist to support the Screwfix contract in Lichfield. This full-time, permanent role primarily involves night shifts from Sunday to Thursday, 10 PM to 6 AM, with occasional flexibility required to meet operational demands. Key Responsibilities

• Preserve the condition and cleanliness of internal site areas including décor, building fabric, canteen, and office spaces.
• Ensure adherence to and completion of established internal hygiene and housekeeping schedules.
• Operate mechanical cleaning equipment efficiently as part of routine maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively within the site facilities team to uphold standards.
• Conduct regular inventory checks of hygiene supplies and maintain accurate stock records.

• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team.
• Self-driven with the ability to independently manage and prioritize daily and weekly schedules.
• Environmentally conscious mindset with motivation to uphold sustainable practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary up to £26,812.50.
