Role Overview
Join Sofina Foods' hygiene team as a key contributor focused on maintaining a clean, safe, and high-quality production environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring that all production areas meet stringent standards of cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
Shift Pattern
The role operates on a night shift basis, following a two-week rotation:
- Week 1: Monday 18:30 to 06:00, Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30
- Week 2: Tuesday to Friday 20:00 to 02:30, Saturday 18:30 to 06:00
Key Duties
- Execute scheduled cleaning tasks for production zones, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure all hygiene activities conform to food safety and legal standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
- Adhere strictly to established cleaning guidelines and safety measures.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in cleaning or hygiene roles, preferably in food manufacturing environments.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts.
- Strong detail orientation and proactive attitude toward upholding high standards.
- Good knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
- Capability to work independently and cooperatively within a small team.
