Role Overview
The Human Resources Partner position is a trusted and dynamic role centered on acting as a strategic and operational link between HR and business units. Located in Newark, NJ, this role primarily supports global teams in Marketing, Creative, Brand, and Finance. The HR Partner focuses on driving employee engagement, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning by partnering closely with managers and other HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end performance management and lead employee relations investigations, ensuring fair and effective management of underperformance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert delivering precise HR guidance and solutions to managers and employees.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the employee experience through advisory on HR policies, tools, and procedures.
- Work alongside Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners to refine HR processes, including process automation efforts.
- Support talent management initiatives such as talent reviews, promotions, and role transitions by developing resources that empower managerial self-sufficiency.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing organizational health and engagement data including exit interviews and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with global HR and Employee Relations teams to standardize HR procedures company-wide.
- Drive change management efforts by designing processes that facilitate business transformation.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- At least three years of experience in a corporate HR environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $74,400 to $130,200 annually. The total offer includes sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs).
