About the Role
National Food Products Company (NFPC), known for its diverse range of food and beverage products, is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle within the assigned location, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and various human capital tasks, all under the guidance of the Corporate Human Capital department.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough induction and orientation sessions covering human capital policies, camp regulations, HR management system training, insurance enrollment, and coordination of IT and fleet provisioning.
- Organize and manage onboarding processes along with initial HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and QC (Quality Control) training.
- Oversee employee probation review procedures and ensure timely issuance of confirmation letters.
- Handle employee resignations and terminations, facilitate exit interviews, and communicate offboarding protocols effectively.
- Maintain accurate and monthly updated reporting structures within the HRMS.
- Review and analyze monthly attendance and overtime records, sharing key insights with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Coordinate the monthly contributions to the UAE National Pension scheme diligently.
- Address employee grievances related to compensation, workplace conditions, and health and safety concerns.
- Investigate workplace disputes and report detailed findings to the HRBP.
- Conduct regular meetings each month with supervisors and line managers across multiple locations.
- Work with Learning & Development teams to coordinate mandatory courses such as EFST and BFST training.
- Manage accident claims and compensation cases in cooperation with insurance providers.
- Offer employee counselling focused on wellbeing and financial planning, liaising with the Administration and Facility teams on employee matters.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Have a minimum of two years' experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG sectors managing large blue-collar or camp-based workforces.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labour Law is required.
