Human Resource Manager - Clinical & Healthcare Recruitment

Overview

Vevara Aesthetics, a leading doctor-led skin and hair clinic in Srinagar headed by Dr. Jasim Rashid Bhat (MD Dermatology), is seeking a Human Resource Manager with comprehensive experience in clinical and healthcare recruitment as well as HR operations. This role is based in Chennai and offers an opportunity to contribute to a clinic equipped with advanced global technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment of healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, paramedics, technicians, pharmacists, BPO staff, and other clinical roles.
• Manage recruitment for non-clinical staff across administration, operations, support, and specialized functions.
• Screen candidates thoroughly by verifying medical qualifications, certifications, licenses, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to analyze workforce needs, identify gaps, and define detailed role requirements.
• Source candidates through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, healthcare job portals, nursing forums, professional bodies, campuses, referrals, and recruitment drives.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions including nursing, critical care, emergency care, and laboratory technician roles.
• Oversee recruitment operations including managing walk-in interviews, campus hiring initiatives, onboarding procedures, orientation, and training coordination.
• Handle generalist HR duties such as providing employee guidance, ensuring adherence to policies and processes, managing disciplinary actions, conducting investigations, overseeing terminations, facilitating restructuring, and promoting employee engagement.
• Formulate talent strategies that align recruitment, onboarding, employee responsibilities, and HR initiatives with the clinic's organizational objectives.

Preferred Languages

Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu is desirable.
