HR Operations Specialist - Learning and Development - Gurgaon

About the Role

This position within the Talent team focuses on HR operations under the CBS - TAL - Learning function in Gurugram. The team enables a meaningful and valuable career experience by collaborating across various functions to build strategic talent solutions aligned with EY's strategy and employer value proposition (EVP). The role involves partnering with business leaders to provide strategic talent advice and drive effective employee engagement locally, ensuring an exceptional, enduring EY experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and design training calendars on a yearly and quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand learning priorities and gather requirements from learning SPOCs.
• Support creation of learning budgets based on prioritized requirements and assist in budget planning.
• Manage learning projects and programs, ensuring smooth deployment and timely resolution of challenges with the help of L&D Associates.
• Coordinate timely creation of new courses on SuccessFactors LMS and oversee external training programs' seamless implementation.
• Maintain accurate learning MIS data, analyze trends, create dashboards, and propose innovative solutions supporting the learning strategy.
• Develop marketing collaterals and manage branding activities for marquee learning programs, contributing to internal communication such as newsletters.
• Build and maintain relationships with learning stakeholders, escalate issues timely, and share best practices across service lines.
• Stay informed on business developments to proactively align learning solutions with evolving needs.
• Manage facilitator engagement by maintaining a database of internal and external subject matter experts and trainers, identifying suitable trainers for programs.
• Drive participant management by selecting appropriate audiences and encouraging their program participation.
• Facilitate learning sessions, emerging as a key facilitator for programs.
• Assist in vendor management including vendor screening, selection coordination, and monitoring trainer performance for quality assurance.
• Support content management by updating learning materials and contributing to strategic HR projects as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background includes qualifications such as B.Com, BBA, MA in Psychology, MBA, M.Com, or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Experience of 3 to 10 years in Learning & Development roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal frameworks.
• Practical problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering insightful, actionable solutions.
• Qualities such as agility, curiosity, mindfulness, positive energy, adaptability, and creativity are valued.
