HR Generalist

Position Overview

Clark Davis Associates is looking for a skilled HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to provide direct support in Midtown Manhattan. This role requires presence onsite two days a week and offers a salary of $80,000. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior HR leaders, handling essential HR operations and contributing to talent management projects.

Key Duties

• Manage daily HR operations throughout different stages of the employee life cycle.
• Administer HRIS including processing payroll, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports.
• Create and interpret HR data summaries using Excel and develop corresponding presentation materials using PowerPoint.
• Assist with talent management processes, such as performance reviews, succession planning, and employee development.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, gain insights, and streamline reporting where relevant.
• Support global HR initiatives; experience with international human resources is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Robust experience in HR operations, with extensive involvement in HRIS, payroll, and data reporting.
• Advanced capabilities in Excel and proficient use of PowerPoint.
• Experience leveraging AI technologies within HR or business applications.
• Familiarity with Rippling platform preferred.
• International HR exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with short-term assignments.
