About the Role
The HR Executive in Recruitment will support and assist the management and leadership teams in handling employee relations matters, ensuring resolution and consistent follow-up. A key responsibility includes overseeing recruitment activities to ensure compliance with relevant local, state, federal laws, and internal policies. This role involves working closely with employees and management to address queries related to HR programs, policies, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track employee relations cases, including follow-up actions.
- Support leadership with resolving human resources concerns.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure legal and policy compliance.
- Communicate effectively with employees on personnel policies and HR programs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, such as interview documentation and I-9 forms.
- Assist with coordination, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Answer phone calls and manage messages professionally.
- Help management in employee hiring, training, evaluation, coaching, discipline, and motivation.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures and promptly report incidents or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- Provide courteous guest service aligned with company standards.
- Use professional communication skills, including appropriate telephone etiquette.
- Foster positive working relationships to support team objectives.
- Utilize computer systems and point of sale systems to manage work-related data.
- Handle light physical tasks involving objects up to 10 pounds as necessary.
- Perform additional reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of related work experience in human resources.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
- No specific licenses or certifications required.
