  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise HR leadership about necessary policy modifications.
  • Team with Legal and HR leaders to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to confirm compliance with employment laws and company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to I-9 verification requirements.
  • Create and deliver compliance training tailored for HR teams.
  • Communicate updates and compliance information organization-wide.

Qualifications and Experience
