Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and collaborative support to regional management and leadership on all labor law, personnel, and HR-strategic matters.
- Develop, manage, and continuously improve efficient HR processes, organizational structures, and standards in a decentralized environment.
- Define, analyze, and monitor key HR performance indicators, and derive effective action plans with follow-up.
- Lead the development and execution of performance management, talent management, and succession planning processes within your scope of responsibility.
- Conduct and support personnel discussions, such as developmental, conflict resolution, disciplinary, and termination meetings.
- Lead and develop the local HR team while actively participating in daily HR operations including recruitment of specialists and executives.
- Collaborate closely with the central HR department to implement uniform HR strategies, systems, and tools.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a comparable education.
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or comparable HR role.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic and operational leadership consulting up to management levels.
- Strong knowledge of labor and social security law and experience handling complex personnel-related issues.
- Proficiency with modern HR systems, processes, and HR analytics.
- A hands-on attitude combined with strategic thinking and practical implementation skills.
- Confident, assertive manner with clear, targeted, and solution-focused communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a Class B driving license are mandatory.
