The company is currently expanding its project and construction management teams for multiple sites across India.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR and Administration Lead to oversee comprehensive HR and administrative functions for our projects based in Pune and Vadodara. The role demands expertise in handling HR operations, labor law compliance especially related to the construction domain, and effective management of office and vendor activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-spectrum HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Manage administrative functions such as office upkeep, housekeeping, vendor liaison, travel arrangements, and asset management.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory regulations pertinent to contracting organizations.
  • Possess and apply extensive knowledge of the Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act in daily operations.
  • Coordinate statutory compliance concerning contract labor, including managing documentation, audits, and inspections.
  • Act as a point of contact with government agencies, contractors, and internal teams for compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Maintain employee documentation, HR management information systems, and statutory records meticulously.
  • Support employee engagement programs and respond promptly to staff queries or concerns.
  • Ensure all required licenses, registrations, and compliance records are renewed timely and maintained accurately.

Candidate Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an allied discipline.
  • Between 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR and administration, preferably within contracting or construction sectors.
  • Robust knowledge of the BOCW Act, Contract Labour Act, and other labor statutory compliances relevant to the industry.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and maintaining HR-related documentation.
