Key Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, completeness, and adherence to high standards.
- Independently clean public areas of the hotel such as the lobby, restaurant, and sanitary facilities with great attention to quality.
- Restock missing room items and ensure all guest rooms are perfectly prepared.
- Attend promptly to guest requests, including providing additional room amenities like bathrobes or baby cots.
- Collaborate closely with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory; career changers are warmly welcomed.
- Good command of German and English (at least level B1) to communicate effectively with guests.
- Ability to work diligently, handle pressure, and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Strong commitment to hygiene and cleanliness standards, taking personal responsibility seriously.
