Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

At Aloft Abu Dhabi, we seek a dedicated Hotel Cleanliness Expert who goes beyond just preparing clean rooms and beds. This role is vital in creating a unique and memorable guest experience by overseeing the hotel's overall appearance and cleanliness. The expert has the autonomy to address housekeeping needs, fulfill guest requests, manage supplies, and maintain public and private spaces.

Key Duties

• Maintain hygiene and appearance across the hotel premises.
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to cleanliness and room readiness.
• Restock housekeeping carts and organize necessary supplies.
• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and other assigned spaces effectively.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and ensure a professional presentation through uniform and communication.
• Engage in physically active tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving objects without assistance.
