Role Overview

As a Hostess at MGallery, you represent the first memorable impression for guests. Through your welcoming demeanor, poised presence, and sincere hospitality, you help craft lasting dining experiences—from breakfast to special celebrations. Your role shapes the tone of every guest's visit, ensuring it remains treasured.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and elegantly to create a lasting positive first impression.
• Efficiently manage reservations and seating to personalize and smooth dining flow.
• Escort guests to dining tables while sharing MGallery’s unique stories and experiences.
• Anticipate guest preferences and accommodate special requests attentively.
• Work closely with restaurant and culinary staff to deliver excellent service during various dining settings including breakfast, à la carte, banquets, and special events.
• Maintain an attractive and welcoming reception area reflective of MGallery’s brand and values.
• Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, ensuring every encounter is memorable.
• Uphold superior grooming, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Continuously enhance personal skills through curiosity and development to provide meaningful guest experiences.

Qualifications & Skills

• Understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
