Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring a disciplined and orderly environment for residents.
• Manage room allocation and maintain accurate attendance and resident records.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety measures, and proper upkeep of the hostel premises at all times.
• Liaise effectively with parents, hostel management, and staff to address any issues.
• Respond professionally to emergencies and resolve student concerns promptly.
• Monitor the standards of food services and hostel facilities continuously.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and administrative skills.
• Experience in managing hostels is advantageous.
• Possess a responsible, patient, and well-organized demeanor.
• Preference is given to female candidates.
