Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Home Office team to provide robust project coordination and administrative support. This role reports closely to the Director of Home Office Administration and plays a critical part in assisting senior leadership with operational and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, processing invoices, expense reporting, and preparing materials for meetings aligned with organizational goals.
- Organize logistics such as arranging catering and coordinating meeting schedules.
- Manage and respond to general inquiries submitted through Goodwin Living's website.
- Oversee the procurement and distribution of corporate gifts to team members, board members, and partners.
- Handle corporate sponsorship coordination including invoice management, ensuring benefits tracking, and calendar management for sponsorship events.
- Manage corporate event registrations, record RSVPs, coordinate attendance, and manage invoicing.
- Lead planning and execution of corporate events.
- Perform routine office maintenance and various organizational tasks as required.
- Adapt responsively to new projects and priorities within the dynamic Home Office environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, event management, or similar roles, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong multi-tasking skills enabling management of concurrent projects.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to gather, edit, and synthesize information for diverse digital communications.
Work Schedule and Compensation
This role is full-time (30 hours per week) with a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation for this position is $24.50 per hour.
