Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with retail expansion, culture, and operations.
- Partner strategically with executive and regional leadership to guide workforce planning.
- Analyze workforce-related metrics such as turnover, engagement, and internal mobility to inform actions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to anticipate staffing needs during peak periods.
- Ensure uniform and fair hiring practices across all store locations.
- Build and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-performance employee culture.
- Handle employee relations matters, including investigations.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and recognition.
- Design and oversee performance management and review systems for retail and corporate staff.
- Manage leadership development and succession planning efforts.
- Support training and development for managers and frontline workers.
- Oversee compensation plans, incentive programs, and benefits management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws at all jurisdictional levels.
- Maintain and update HR policies and employee manuals.
- Manage HR systems, payroll coordination, and personnel records.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals across field and corporate roles.
- Standardize HR practices across multiple retail sites.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are advantageous.
- Minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, including at least two years managing HR personnel.
- Retail industry experience managing multi-location or hourly workforce environments required.
- Familiarity with HR/payroll platforms, especially Rippling, is preferred though strong knowledge of similar systems is necessary.

- Effective leadership and people management capabilities.
- Strong communication along with problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 annually plus up to 20% annual bonus potential.
