About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join a growing multi-site healthcare platform. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, holds the primary responsibility for overseeing financial planning functions to support both operational and strategic areas as the company expands through organic development and acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the processes of budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and financial reporting.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to guide strategic and operational decision-making across the enterprise.
- Develop and maintain financial models for growth strategies, acquisition assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team.
- Track budget adherence, investigate variances, and drive initiatives to optimize financial results.
- Compile and deliver financial reports to the executive leadership and other critical stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Over 10 years of professional experience in finance, specifically within FP&A or corporate finance roles.
- Proven leadership capabilities at the Director, Vice President, or Head of Finance levels.
- Highly developed financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertise.
- Experience working in the healthcare sector, managing multi-site organizations, or within private equity-backed environments is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or closely related disciplines; an MBA is advantageous.
- Residency in the United States with the flexibility to travel as required.
