It delivers real-time insights into global content and creator operations across departments, vendors, and geographies. Furthermore, Glimmer provides an on-demand marketplace comprising more than 50,000 vetted content studios spanning 192 countries and offers managed services for large-scale content and creator campaigns.
Role Overview
We are looking for an execution-driven, hands-on Head of Business Operations to join us full-time, with a remote or hybrid work arrangement. Preference for candidates based in New York, New Jersey, Texas, California, or Florida to align with other team members. Our offices are in NYC and Austin. The position offers a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, attractive seed-stage equity, and an annual bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and refine company-wide operating procedures, including performance metrics and cross-department execution.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and structured operational rhythms to monitor activities across sales, customer success, product, and finance.
- Manage the contracting processes and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) for enterprise clients are fulfilled.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives like creator and managed services, product launches, customer segmentation, market growth, and process re-engineering.
- Implement AI workflows thoughtfully, including establishing operational safeguards for client-facing functions.
- Oversee SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, net revenue retention, CAC, LTV, sales conversion, onboarding completion, and product adoption, providing data-driven insights to enhance growth and retention.
- Design and continuously improve client onboarding journeys from contract signing through activation and adoption phases.
- Maintain comprehensive internal and external documentation: SOPs, onboarding manuals, workflow diagrams, product summaries, customer journey maps, and training materials.
- Standardize and optimize documentation processes for improved knowledge sharing across departments.
- Act as liaison across sales, client leadership, product operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure alignment during feature releases, pricing changes, or process updates.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, translating complex concepts into actionable plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in business or revenue operations, strategy, customer or product operations, ideally within SaaS environments serving Fortune 1000 clients.
- Deep expertise with SaaS financial and performance metrics including recurring revenue and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience implementing AI in operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable onboarding processes, SOPs, and enablement programs.
- Strong analytical, project leadership, problem-solving, and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex and innovative ideas clearly.
- Proven leadership with experience in developing and mentoring operational teams.
