Role Overview

We are seeking certified HCC Coders and QA professionals to join our Hyderabad team. Candidates will analyze medical documentation to assign ICD-10-CM codes and map them to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC) accurately. Your expertise will ensure coding correctness and support clinical documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess medical records to determine patient diagnoses and treatments.
• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes to patient cases.
• Map diagnostic information to Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCC).
• Verify that all codes are applied precisely and consistently across records.
• Conduct audits on documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Offer constructive feedback to physicians and healthcare providers on coding standards.
• Educate clinical staff and providers on clinical documentation requirements and coding guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum experience: HCC Coder with at least 1.6 years, HCC QA with at least 2 years.
• Certified in one of CRC, CPC, or CCS certifications (mandatory).
• Strong competency in ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and HEDIS CAT II coding systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Understanding of coding compliance and clinical documentation standards.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clinical teams.
