About the Role
This position involves overseeing the daily functions of a corporate cafeteria and serving as the primary point of contact for guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience at a multinational corporation in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cafeteria operations and coordinate guest interactions effectively.
- Ensure seamless service delivery and foster cooperation among team members.
- Maintain hygiene protocols, adhere to FSSAI guidelines, and uphold high service standards.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 4 years of experience in hospitality or cafeteria management sectors.
- Demonstrate strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in supervising and managing guest relations is essential.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage operations is required.
- Availability to join immediately is preferred.
