Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Guest Relations Executive to join the Food & Beverage team. Key duties include greeting and assisting guests at the hostess desk, managing dining reservations in line with standards, professionally handling guest complaints to improve service quality, ensuring confidentiality of guest information, understanding the dining room setup and staff shifts, and supporting the team with training, cleaning, and inventory tasks while maintaining the high standards of Jumeirah hospitality.

Candidate Profile

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Micros and Epicure reservation systems.
• Completed high school or equivalent secondary education.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential, additional language skills are advantageous.
• At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience within a 5-star hotel, particularly in casual or all-day dining environments.
