Growth Manager

Role Overview

This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Unlike typical marketing roles, the Growth Manager at Atheal Health will own the entire growth process from end-to-end, spanning channels such as inbound, outbound, referrals, affiliates, community partnerships, content, and brand management. The individual will be responsible for cultivating referral loops, managing creator collaborations, tracking acquisition metrics, and continuously improving the customer journey.

Atheal Health is a personal health intelligence platform focused on Saudi Arabia and the GCC market, integrating biomarker testing, expert medical insight, and consumer-quality product design. It aims to proactively assist people in understanding their health before issues develop, supported by Sanabil Studio by Redesign Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire acquisition funnel, enhancing lead generation and guiding prospects through signup with targeted outreach that avoids spamming.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with affiliates, ambassadors, gyms, wellness studios, clinics, creators, premium communities, and corporate wellness programs to attract suitable members.
• Create trusted, informative health-related content driven by member inquiries and internal expertise, overseeing creators through briefings, follow-up, and quality assurance.
• Ensure that all growth activities uphold the Atheal brand’s premium image, emphasizing credibility and relevance to the Saudi market while avoiding sensationalism or fear-based tactics.
• Manage growth operations by monitoring performance metrics and producing insightful weekly reports that inform strategic decisions.

Success Factors

• Deep familiarity with acquisition funnels, including tracking lead sources, conversion rates, and costs, and proactively identifying workflow gaps.
• Ability to establish replicable systems for growth channels rather than relying on manual efforts.
• Maintaining brand integrity while driving growth, understanding the balance between confidence and pushiness in messaging.

Who Should Apply

• Professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience building or managing growth channels such as inbound, referrals, affiliates, or community from early stages.
• Experience managing creators, affiliates, or partners with strong briefing and quality control skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with founders and advisors, thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong copywriting skills and a solid understanding of Saudi consumer trust dynamics.
• A strong plus would be experience in consumer startups, health, wellness, fitness, DTC, e-commerce, performance marketing, or other trust-sensitive fields like finance.
